Welcome to ReKindle Beauty & Aesthetics! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing and using the ReKindle Beauty & Aesthetics website (the “Site”) and purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.

3. Products and Services

ReKindle Beauty & Aesthetics offers a range of lash supply products and beauty services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for products are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your credit card information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Lashes del Sol processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
U.S. Shipping: We ship through USPS. First Class (2-3 day) and Priority Mail (2-day) options are available. Shipping costs may vary due to location, package size, and weight.
International Shipping:
- Canada Shipping: $25, typically takes 10-15 days to arrive.
- International Shipping: $30-$40, varies depending on the shipping address. Please feel free to contact us at admin@rekindlebeauty.com for further details.
International Customs & Lost Orders:
- We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
Order Tracking: Lashes del Sol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package on their website.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal!

Defective Products/Quality Concerns: If, in the unlikely event, there is a defective product or quality concern beyond your control, Lashes del Sol requires an exchange request to be submitted within 3 business days after receipt.
Opened Product Policy: Compliance with sanitation regulations requires that Lashes Del Sol ACADEMY cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective. If you suspect a product is defective, contact us without delay within 3 days.
Final Sales: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on Adhesives, Removers, Eyelash Extensions, or other Chemical Products.
Exchange Conditions: Exchanges can only be made on items that were not previously used, remain sealed, and are in their original packaging. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Exchange credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected.
Refunds: All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Return and replacement shipping fees apply.

7. Cancellations

Any order can be canceled without penalty until it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped or in transit, orders cannot be canceled or revised.

8. Discontinued Products & Promotions

No refunds, credits, or exchanges are allowed on discontinued products or promotional items.

9. Product Availability

In the unfortunate event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the remaining items in your order and send you an email informing you of your selected item(s) being out of stock. You will be refunded for that item or items.

10. User Accounts

You are not required to create an account to make a purchase. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ReKindle Beauty & Aesthetics or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our express written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
